We are a small family-owned and operated business located in central Montana. We makes embroidered and laser engraved/cut items. We started with embroidery and eventually branched out into lasered items. All of our items are made in-house. We do all of our own digitizing and decoration.
At Creatively New we produce items that are personalized and unique to both the individual purchasing and the person receiving them.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
We do not returns on items that have been customized or personalized. Standard products, that are in a new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
We cannot cancel your order of a custom manufactured product after manufacturing on the product has begun.
What are your delivery options?
All products are shipped via USPS. If a different form of delivery is required, please feel free to contact us directly or include specific delivery information in the comments section of the order form.
