Our Guest Puzzles are made to order.  Each puzzle comes with a center plate that is personalized for you.  You also have the option of having a photo engraved on the center plate for an additional fee.  This is truly a "one of a kind" keepsake.

What is your returns policy?

 

We do not accept items that have been customized or personalized. Standard products, that are in a new condition, can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  We do not returns on items that have been customized or personalized. We cannot cancel your order of a custom manufactured product after manufacturing of the product has begun.
